During the education of the certified engineer it is required that the student does a independent project work for eight weeks. In cooperation with the company Amglo Kemlite Laboratories, Inc based in Florida, USA I modified the PAR lamp measurement setup for the firm’s light laboratory. Because the company wanted to improve their quality control they gave me the assignment to modify their PAR lamp measurement equipment.
Amglo Kemlite Laboratories, Inc. manufactures and markets lamps and related lamp components to customers with special requirements that are not being met by large integrated lamp manufacturing companies. The company selects the technologies it invests in and the lamp products it develops to assist their customers in the warning light, photographic, stage, stroboscopic, reprographic, aircraft, airport runway, tower, machine vision, laser and medical markets. Their growing list of lamp products include xenon flashtubes, hard glass and quartz halogens and H.I.D./metal halide lamps providing Amglo the ability to customize products with the latest in lighting technology.
